We are aware that border closures and serious flight restrictions may cause you concern - on our part, we guarantee that when we receive a complete set of information, we will certainly do everything we can to help you.

Official announcement for passengers

The Polish Council of Ministers in the interests of protecting public health and preventing the spread of COVID-19:
From March 15 00:00 2020 to March 28, 2020 at 23:59 it is prohibited to operate international flights to any civil airport in the Republic of Poland.
Only flight crews and passengers who are Polish citizens and foreigners are allowed to come to the territory of the Republic of Poland under certain conditions.
Only international charter flights that will bring Polish citizens will be possible.
After crossing the border, Polish citizens will be sent to a 14-day quarantine. Borders remain open to the movement of goods.
Airlines are required to verify before departure that passengers meet all the conditions to get to the territory of the Republic of Poland.

The border regulation will be valid for 10 days, with a possible extension of 20 days and a further month thereafter.

Today's cruises:

Those arriving on international flights today, while still on board, fill out location cards, which are collected by the staff and handed over to the sanitary services. Each passenger on international and domestic flights is subject to a mandatory body temperature test. The temperature is performed by the deck crew or soldiers of the Territorial Defense Forces.
There are sanitary and medical emergency services at the airport all the time to help passengers in any situation of health problems.
We ask passengers to monitor the status of their flights with the carriers on an ongoing basis!
