Students with fewer opportunities can seek assistance for special needs from both the Erasmus+ Office and University Office for People with Disabilities.

The BON is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Services for Students with Physical Disabilities:
The University is fully adapted to the needs of students with physical disabilities (elevators, ramps, restrooms).
Services for Students with Visual Impairments:
The University buildings are adapted to the needs of students with visual impairments (pins, tapes, and reflective stickers).
The University has purchased computer sets with software for the Faculty of Physiotherapy. The sets are available in the Registrar's Office and in the departments. The computer, along with software for students with visual impairments, purchased by the University is also available
in the library.
Services for Students with Hearing Impairments:
A BON employee is a certified sign language interpreter and assists students with hearing impairments with various matters at the University. They also provide assistance during exams and tests.
Voice Recorders:
Olympus VN-4100PC voice recorders are available for free loan.
